Learn more about Alexis before he takes to the stage at Accountex London…<\/strong><\/p>\n How did you get into your profession?<\/b><\/p>\n I started my first proper business full of passion \u2014 but within a few years, I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and wondering if I was even cut out for it.<\/p>\n Everything felt like it depended on me, and I couldn\u2019t see a way out. Over time, I learned how to build the right systems, empower my team, and stop being the bottleneck \u2014 now my businesses run across five continents, and I regularly take 4\u20136 week holidays without things falling apart. Helping others to make that shift via tools, playbooks and presentations is what I love most.<\/p>\n What\u2019s the most rewarding aspect of your job?<\/b><\/p>\n When someone tells me, \u201cI finally took a proper holiday without my laptop, and the business didn\u2019t fall apart.\u201d That moment of relief \u2014 like they can finally breathe again \u2014 that\u2019s what I live for.<\/p>\n Who or what inspires you to be even better?<\/b><\/p>\n Business leaders who genuinely care about their team and want to build something great \u2014 they deserve better systems and less stress.<\/p>\n I’m particularly fired up by the business owners who are feeling exhausted by running their business yet feel stuck. I’m always looking for ways to help them feel more able to take action, get more in control, and actually enjoy the journey!<\/p>\n What are you most looking forward to at Accountex?<\/b><\/p>\n The conversations \u2014 the real ones. The \u201cyou too?!\u201d moments when people realise they\u2019re not the only ones struggling, and that there\u2019s a better way. Plus, hopefully hearing a few laughs and \u201cOh wow, I needed to hear that!\u201d moments during my session.<\/p>\n What do you want visitors to take away from your seminar?<\/b><\/p>\n That you don\u2019t need the team of your dreams to get dream results. Even your \u201cworst\u201d employees can do brilliant work \u2014 if you stop setting them up to fail.<\/p>\n
